I know you nice EYB folks are probably backlogged with function requests, but here's another one for the list. I'd love to get a notification when someone leaves a comment on a recipe from a book on my Bookshelf. I am finding that comments -- especially ringing endorsements for a recipe-- motivate me to try a recipe I might have otherwise passed by, or have wanted to try but haven't yet gotten around to.

Thanks! No urgency.

Just a suggestion: if you go to "my bookshelf" and click on notes/reviews, you get all the recent notes on recipes in your own books, websites, and magazines.

Similarly, has anyone found a way to search "member indexed" recipes? If a member has taken the time to index a book or online recipes, it's generally a glowing endorsement.

I don't think there's a way to search for member-indexed online recipes, nor can you view the list of just member-indexed books. The latter is a feature I'd like very much, and seems like one that would be fairly easy to implement. It could be an additional choice among the radio buttons in the 'Only show' menu over on the right-hand side of the Library/Books page.

Member-indexed books tend to be more off the beaten track than EYB ones, but that's part of the appeal for me in being able to browse them. The feature would also make it possible for any user to see what proportion of currently indexed books have been done by members.

Both suggestions added to our developers' to-do list.
