Rinshin, do you mean noodle dishes, or noodles as an ingredient? If you're looking to filter for noodle dishes, those actually would be under Dish types > Pasta, doughs & sauces, and if the dish is stir-fried and also contains noodles, it would also be under Dish Types > Stir-fries. If you're looking to filter on recipes containing noodles as ingredients, those fall under Ingredient > Grains & pasta > Noodles. Obviously, there will be a lot of overlap between those filter results because all noodle dishes will contain noodles as an ingredient, but not necessarily the other way around. 

Noodle dishes. All dishes with noodles as a main ingredient ie main attraction whether steamed, soups, salads, deep fried or pan fried, etc.  So, I still check pasta then?

Noodles is one of those words that can mean different things in different countries. In some places they are synonymous with pasta, in other places they mean Asian noodles vs Italian pasta. I found this interesting article about the differences. Within the ingredient database Noodles covers all the Asian types - egg noodles, cellophane, bean thread, rice noodles, udon, soba, etc. Pasta as an ingredient is listed as pasta shapes and long pasta. 

In the Recipe types filter, Pasta dishes covers pasta and noodle dishes and they fall into the categories Pasta, baked; Pasta, doughs and sauces; and Pasta, filled.

So your filter selections will depend on whether you mean Noodles as Asian noodles or as Pasta. And then to narrow down your selections you would choose the filters for main course, soups, salads, etc as desired.
