Just bought this kindle deal $2.99 two days ago. I am not a huge fan of kindle cook books but I've been making a lot of bread lately since I am fortunate enough to have flour and yeast and figured why not. Made the 7 grain bread yesterday (used 10 grain Bobs Red Mill Cereal because that's what I could get, so really 10 grain) and it is fantastic! There are some beautiful recipes I am eager to try in the book. A great deal if you are new to baking or an experienced bread maker. Worth your time to take a look.
LeePicard, thanks for posting about the Kindle deal on this book. I wanted to provide a link to this book in the Library, which is indexed on EYB:
The Bread Bible: 300 Favorite Recipes
Also, in case members would like to explore the many bread, slow cooker, and other cookbooks she has authored, here is a search for everything in EYB by Beth Hensperger (note correct spelling of her last name).
I used to follow the cookbook author's recipes when her recipes were featured in our bay area newspaper. Her recipes are concise, no frills, easy, but works really well for me. She used to have a blog but now I can't find it. I love her popovers.
