Hello, I've been making a lot of new recipes recently, and every time I bookmark a recipe as "I've cooked this", I fill in the additional "Cooked on" information to enter the month and year I made the recipe. But I can't figure out how I can then get this information back again, ie at the end of the month I'd like to be able to pull up a list of all the recipes I made in May 2020 for example. Where does the "cooked on" information go, and how can I access it?

It's stored in your Notes on your Profile page, which you access from the drop-down menu under your username at top right. We have on our development to-do list that the same My Notes tab on Profile will also show as a tab on My Bookshelf page.

But I think that list is still sorting by the date you entered the note--not the "cooked on" date. Because I recently indexed a book that contained a whole bunch of recipes that I cooked in the 90s, and those are all showing above my recipes cooked in 2020.

Yes, the Notes appear is order of date added rather than date cooked. We may be able to add a sort by date cooked in the future.
