I hope other fans of this magazine hang on to the back issues as I'd love to get them all indexed on EYB. Don't assume the recipes will be available online. I notice that only about 20% of Delicious recipes are on Taste.com.au.

I filled in a lot of gaps in my collection at the Lifeline Book Fair just now. If any Canberrans are interested, there are multiple copies of Delicious issues from the last 2-3 years at 50 cents each. The Book fair continues today and over the weekend until 4.00 on Sunday at (and truly!) EPIC.

I started buying Delicious from the first issue, although dropped off after a few years. Still have all my old copies though and would love for them to be indexed on EYB. Interesting that only 20% have been added to taste.com.au.

Good for you Deb. I wish I had that first issue (Nov/Dec 2001). I'm missing four from the first 12 months.

OK, maybe it's 30% that appear on Taste.com.au, but certainly much less than half. Of the 10-12 issues I've examined, it seems that recipes by Valli Little and Jill Dupleix usually make it to Taste.com.au, but nothing by Belinda Jeffery, Ben O'Donohue or virtually any of the many guest chefs. I expect it's due to copyright. They probably prefer you to buy their books? There also seems to be quite a time lag before recipes appear on Taste.com.au. For example right now the most recent Delicious recipes there are for June 2011, which is why the most recent issues are not indexed for EYB yet.
