I don't know if I'm missing something - is there a way to search or filter notes that I have made on recipes? E.g. looking for all notes that I have made about cakes? I know how to find all cake recipes in my library or all cake recipes that I've bookmarked e.g. I want to cook or I have cooked but I don't think there's a way to specify recipes that I've made a note about - or is there? Even better would be being able to search within the notes themselves because I have quite a few notes for recipes in books that haven't been indexed and therefore can't be bookmarked.

Thank you for any help!

Hannah

One of my bookmarks is 'have reviewed', so as long as I remember to bookmark it when I make a note I can search that list for example, for cakes.

We do have on our development to-do list to make Notes searchable. But for now, Barb_N's suggestion is the best option.

Hannaha100 - it occured to me that maybe you don't realize you can just look at your own Notes on your Profile page, which is accessed from the drop-down menu under your username at top right. They aren't searchable (yet) but if you don't have thousands of Notes it is easy enough to scan down them to find your cake.

Hi Jane
When you make notes searchable might it also be possible to connect the rating you gave that recipe to the note. That would make it even more useful. I always rate the recipes I make notes on so that they will come up when I search the ingredients as a rated recipe and it makes it easier with the combination of the note and the rating to find it. Being able to search notes you have made on recipes will be super helpful.

Thanks
