It is easy to find "menus" for compatible foods to build a bento box or a lunch box. But I am having problems finding traditional menus for a tiffin box. Thalis yes, tiffins no ... I have found some images from France and a couple of very generic blogs but ....
Does anyone have some bright ideas as to where to search?
There is a post on the website simpleindianrecipes called Breakfast and Tiffin varieties that has lots of regional suggestions. Also Archana's Kitchen, Tarladalal, and manjulaskitchen look promising.

I've noticed that a lot of Indian cooking blogs seem to have a "tiffin" or "lunchbox" category. Here are a couple such blogs whose recipes have turned out well for me:
