How do I enter ebooks so that I know they are ebooks? It seems to involve bookmarking but I'm not sure.

I use a bookmark that I've called "ebook" and when I add an ebook to my library I tag it as such.. the bookmark is good as the system allows you to "search" just in books that have your ebook tag. More info at this hyperlink. Have fun creating bookmarks ;-)

As per above I've also been bookmarking as Kindle.
