Hello, this is a long shot, I'm sure, but worth a try! I have misplaced my recipe from Bon Appetit in approximately 1989, 1990, 1991 or 1992 for Stuffed Matzo Ball Soup. I made the horrible mistake of gifting all of my Bon Appetits to a young relative and I've regretted it every day since. This recipe used to be readily available online but seems to have disappeared! I'm so upset about this and am reaching out in the hopes that one of our group can rescue me! Thanks so much.

The archiving website archive.org claims to have a complete collection of Bon Appetit from aound 1984 to 2014. It might be worth using your favourite search engine to search there (the archive.org search facility does not find anything); use the search request "site:archive.org STUFFED MATZO BALL SOUP Bon Appetit 1989 to 1992" for which DuckDuckGo gives a whole bunch of hits.

What went into the stuffing part?  Was this recipe posted in Apr issue? What month?

ENJOY! (BTW: I proof read it against mag several times, even voiced it out loud to me -- love program called Text Aloud.  I am fanatical about proofing recipes I post or share, so be assured that it's exactly what they published.  :)  )
