Hi
I have just entered a 'Note' against a book. The link is simply a link to my own personal blog where I record all of my cullinary disasters. A few years ago I started tagging them with the book I have cooked out of - and so the link below is a list of what I've cooked/blogged about from one of my favoutite books - Sichuan Cooking by Fuscia Dunlop.

So my question is:
When I entered the notes, the link was not coming up as Hyperlinked. See notes against http://www.eatyourbooks....ry/34426/sichuan-cookery
Was that my mistake, or is that by design?
And I suppose following on from this - would anyone else think it would be a good idea to have this a more specific feature. I'm sure plenty of people do blog their own attempts, so having a formal set of links against each recipe would add a bit more depth to the entries. It could even be possible to search the linked blog entries and display the photos within the recipe pages (or is that getting to close to copyright?)
Urbanspoon's "add a photo" is the sort of idea I am thinking of, or even when you add a link to a Facebook post - it goes and gets a thumbname to place next to the link...(most of the time).
Anyway - great site.
