Any thoughts on a specific category for smoking recipes? By this I mean recipes on how to smoke (i.e. preserve/flavour via smoking). Having just bought a Bradley Smoker I'm keen to try some interesting things (cheese, peppers etc), as well as the usual suspects
I see there is a BBQ category, and a preserving category (for Jams etc.).
Unfortunatly a search for smoke/smoked etc., seems to come up (rightly) with recipes where there are pre-smoked ingredients (the next step!)
