Hi  I have accidently bookmarked something as a favourite recipe and now don't know how to remove the bookmark.

Click on the name of the recipe to go to the recipe page.  Over on the right-hand side, under My Bookmarks, you'll see the bookmark you added, and to its right a grey circle with an X in it.  Click the X and the bookmark will be removed from the recipe.

This and more on how to handle Bookmarks here (Help - in the upper right of every page, then click on Bookmarks - How-To's).

Is there a way to sub-categorize bookmarks?  I have a bookmark for Recipes to Try, which has become unwieldy.  I'd like to set up Sauces to Try, Desserts to Try, etc, and drag bookmarks from the large category into the smaller categories.

Since I couldn't find a way to do this, I set up bookmarks for each category I want to try. For example, WTT-Pies,WTT-Chicken. It's a lot of bookmarks, as I also have bookmarks for recipes I have tried and like by category. But at least everything is separated. And with the new EYB changes bookmarks are quicker to scroll through!

Currently you can't drag recipes from one Bookmark to another, nor can you select more than one recipe at a time and move them en masse.

If you set up new Bookmarks for sub-categories, you'll need to go to each recipe individually to add it to the new Bookmark. Like vickster, though, I find it's worth going through the trouble to end up with manageable groups.

Improving the functionality of Bookmarks is on our development to-do list. We have a couple of big projects we need to get out the way first then we can get back to adding new features and improving those we have.
