  • Roast spiced cod with chana masala

      I didn't add potatoes, doubled the chickpeas and used monkfish instead of cod. It was OK, husband described it as "pleasant" but I definitely wouldn't make it again. The spices didn't really draw into the tomato mixture - I think using a bought curry paste would probably work better for this sort of thing.
