    I have this book and have used many of the recipes all have been very tasty!

  • Broccoli and straw mushroom stir-fry with shrimp

      I would add 1/4 tsp salt besides the soy sauce. I used 1 T oil for the stirfry and bumped up the sesame oil to 1 tsp. It's still a very healthy recipe. I didn't have enough broccoli so I threw in a drained can of sliced bamboo shoots which is a good addition.
