      Delicious. The perfect crumb.

  • Bacon and egg pie

    • e_ballad on January 17, 2021

So simple it seems unlikely to be a success, but this was delicious.

  • Quarg fruit cake

    • e_ballad on September 22, 2018

A lovely dense cake with plenty of flavour, even without using the recommended fennel seeds (hubby not a fan).

  • Savoury pinwheel scones

    • e_ballad on February 03, 2021

Do NOT make these. There are serious errors in ingredient quantities. There is no way that they could have been tested as written. I attempted to rectify the dough, but even in spite of this, these are an unmitigated disaster.
