  • Celery salad with grilled king oyster mushrooms and celery pesto

      Really delicious salad! I didn’t have quite enough celery, so I added some sautéed julienned celeriac and it worked well. I just love the grilled grapes and mushrooms. The only other change I made was halving the quantity of oil in the dressing, given that I already sautéed the celeriac in olive oil. Will definitely make again.

      Hickory-smoked salt on broiled sweet potato slices worked great as a simpler alternative to actually smoking the sweet potato.

      Surprisingly yummy! The lemon juice (I used lime as it’s what I had on hand) mellowed the fiery bite of the radishes and the pistachios made it utterly delicious. Will definitely make again. P.89
