      This stuff is delicious, very satisfying. It is so sweet and creamy. It has become tradition for us to serve it with boudin blanc every year for Christmas Eve.

      Nice, healthy and pretty, and would have been even prettier with red peppers and chiles (I had yellow and orange peppers and added Cayenne)... Note that the amont of couscous is off, you need about half and chicken (to balance the rest).

      A nice little healthy salad to use up leftover ham - I used chicory instead of salad, but this worked very well.
