I bought this book a while back on a whim and have made about 6 of the tart recipes in it. If you have any interest in making tarts this book is amazing. It's tiny but loaded with really good recipes and clever elegant tarts that taste great. My favourite is probably the Shaved Honeydew with Blackberries. It's a great little book and essentially gives you recipes and background info to make tarts that rival the fanciest of bakeries. All the tarts are small format personal size like you'd see at a the highest caliber patisseries.
