      Not my favourite courgette muffins, the flavour is off somehow. I used rapeseed oil in place of butter to keep dairy free, reduced sugar by 25g and used lemon instead of orange. Maybe they're great made exactly as written, but I don’t think I’ll bother again.

      These are delicious! Very much like amaretti with a distinct lemon flavour. Big hit all round, will definitely make again, as not too difficult or time consuming. Used ready-ground almonds instead of grinding them myself. This makes a very sticky dough.
