  • Spiced sweet potato burgers

      These were easy to make with leftover roasted sweet potatoes. They didn’t dry out like bean burgers often do. But ultimately we found them too sweet and needed lots of pickles alongside to balance. Next day we didn't enjoy the leftover ones at all, so unfortunately not a recipe to repeat for us.
