  • Coconut garlic naan

I love this recipe - I'd tried a couple of naan recipes before without much success so I was really pleased to discover this one. The yeast I use states to add it to dry ingredients first so I do that before adding the combined water and coconut milk. The naans get cooked on the hob, but if you don't want to be cooking when guests arrive you can make them beforehand and keep them wrapped in foil in a low oven. (They're not quite as good as straight from the hob, but it does save hassle.) The nigella seeds sprinkled over the top are a nice touch but not essential - you may want to add them to only half the batch to provide variety.
