  • Bittersweet blackberry brownies

      Was looking for a recipe to use up some frozen garden blackberries. This one has decent flavor, although the blackberry seeds were very distracting, rather than enhancing the eating experience as the recipe claimed. I must say, a vegan brownie will never beat out a regular brownie for texture and flavor; given a choice, traditional brownies are it for me.
