Pretty good as far as french toast goes and a fun creative take on stuffed french toast.. I'm not the biggest egg fan but still managed to enjoy this quite a bit. A little hard to make if you don't let the bread crust up a little, but outside of making the holes in the bread halves, it's relatively straightforward. I would also recommend a pretty large bowl for the soaking process. With 4 pieces I was barely able to fit it into my 6 qt bowl.
