      We really enjoyed these. Tricky to find the right type of polenta as we had to get them from a very large Tesco.

  • Twisty cheese straws

      These make a very good appetizer, we made them twice and they went down very quickly. The taste very much depends on the quality of the pesto though, since it is basically the only flavouring.

      Used sweet potatoes rather than potatoes. Great leftover dish - will definitely use this recipe again.
