    Potato Sorrel Soup page 22. Really good and a way to use sorrel from the garden in Spring (or Fall). Forgiving of course. I used Yellow Finns instead of Idaho potatoes. Added more garlic. I added fresh lemon juice which works with the lemony sharpness of the sorrel.
