  • Peppered herb-yogurt dressing

      I really liked this dressing, especially with the delicate spring lettuces we are getting at the moment. The first night it tasted peppery, but the second night there was definitely a stronger tarragon flavor. I definitely plan to make this again.

      Quick and simple. Chicken had good flavor for time involved. The topping was a bit boring. Really need another side to make a complete meal.
