    Annie's zucchini slice, page 40. The ingredient list is missing the oil. Probably is 1/2 cup. Recipe obviosly lifted from Australian Women's Weekly..

    A book written by contestants of a reality cooking show. Obviously published in a hurry. On the whole the recipes look interesting, but attention to details would have been useful. For example, the number of serves per recipe is not given. Muffin recipe does not tell you what size muffin tin to use. Most recipes look as if they are for four, but then you come to a brownie recipe which has 450 gms butter and 10 eggs and does give the tin size, a 40cm by 30 cm tin.
