    I made the Baked bulgur- stuffed tomatoes (p.205). Very basic vegetarian stuffed tomato recipe with zucchini, corn, garlic, cumin, and turmeric. Because there’s no sauce or any fat (ie no olive oil), it’s pretty meh. It needs tomato sauce or something to jazz up the vegetables. The sum of the parts didn’t produce any kind of interesting flavor. Probably won’t repeat.
