What a great joy to have this delicious book! You know, we all have warmhearted memories of the delightful food from our childhood, but mom’s unforgettable chocolate birthday cake is absolutely indomitable! All you need to feel better is just a lovely creamy chocolate cake. And chocolate liqueurs make you feel like you are in Venice (or Venezia in original). By the way, the photographs from Venice and from many other places are a splendid addition to this wonderful book. My beloved wife Sophia, who is the greatest cook under the Sun, wrote this book with love and dedication, and reading it will certainly make you feel much better!
