    Carrot and Rosemary Dip pg 255 Apart from waiting for the carrots to steam until soft this is a quick and easy dip to make. A nice hit of fresh rosemary. if you don’t like then simply lessen the quantity. My boys thought it was too strong. Serve on a platter with raw veg/ crackers etc.
