    Cheesecake Swirl Brownies, p. 141. Very nice moist brownie, and surprisingly light. Should tell you to beat the maple syrup gradually into the cream cheese. Otherwise, it is very difficult to get them to mix without lumps.

      These were delicious. Bake time was right on, a little bit sweet and a little bit savory. I forgot to reserve marinade for dipping sauce, and it would have been yummy but not necessary. We’ll absolutely make these again. So good.

      This had a nice depth of flavor that we really enjoyed. CSA fresh greens and Sungold tomatoes, a little sautéed Halloumi...might try a touch less maple syrup next time as I thought it was quite sweet, but a great recipe and quick to put together.
