      Took only 30 mins in our oven. Interestingly, the beetroot was barely discernible. It was fine, but unlikely to be on high-rotation at our place.

  • Seeded rye bread

      Used half honey, half molasses as didn’t have enough honey and swapped strong white for white spelt. Lowered heat halfway as bread was starting to blacken. Really very tasty.
