    pg 269 Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Very delicious. I increased the fluid to serve two but decided not to double up the peanut butter or bananas. I used 2 cups coconut milk,1 cup coconut water and 3 bananas and 3 tbsp peanut butter. For the Jelly I just used raspberries ( frozen but part thawed) as I did not have the jam. So not exactly true to the recipe but darn good and rich and filling. I actually made 3 servings out of this.
