Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Ultimate chicken & leek pie

    • raybun on April 07, 2017

This was excellent, BUT a real labour of love. I prepared the chicken and stock then froze them both to save time. I also used store bought puff pastry, to skip another time consuming step. The flavour of the leek and tarragon sauce was delicious, well worth the effort and was well appreciated by my guests.

  • Super cheesy scones

    • raybun on April 04, 2017

Excellent! I made these to go with Ina Gartens easy tomato soup. A doddle to make, could easily be made ahead and frozen too.
