      I put these in the fridge overnight for their final rise and it seemed to work well. Good flavor, not too sweet.

  • Halibut with spicy sausage, tomatoes, and rosemary

      Used a ceramic baking dish instead of foil in the oven. Uncovered and used broiler to brown top a little. Lots of spicy juice for fish and crispy potatoes made separately.
