      This is an interesting & slightly glamorous version of a strawberry cobbler with Pimms added. Believe it or not, I have to use up half a bottle of Pimms left over from a summer party. I used mixed berries & raspberries instead of strawberries because that was what I had in the freezer hence I also added some cornflour because the frozen berries always produce a lot of liquid, & a lime instead of an orange. A very quick & easy recipe.
