    Roasted eggplant dip with crispbread (pg 32) - this is not another baba ganoush recipe. Think small cubes of Japanese eggplant, red bell peper, onion seasoned with roasted garlic, jalapeno, ginger, cumin seed, and tempered with yogurt and herbs. This is a perfect topping for a rye or rye & barley crispbread. I have made this several times as a greating snack dish.
