    Fried lentil patties K.'s Vadai - a simple recipe with the batter being urad dal with coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, and whole black peppers. If you like falafal, you'll like these. I'm not used to using mint and curry leaves in the same dish so I found this to be a delightful discovery ... a recipe that is open to endless variations.
