      Made with df margarine, gf flour and double oats instead of pecans. I thought it was pretty good! Youngest only ate the crumble but everyone else cleared their plates.

  • Bibimbap with carrots and courgettes

      Loved this! Tweaked slightly based on what was in the house (no onions but added sugar snap peas) and used rice noodles instead of rice. Mixed noodles in with vegetables. Sauce was great, egg on top perfect. Easy and good, will make again.
