  Torta Caprese (flourless almond cake). This is a birthday favourite, it’s really easy to make and works out perfectly every time. It’s gluten-free and I always use the Amaretto even though it says it’s optional. Very rich and chocolatey

  Chinese style stirfried vegetables. It seems really weird to do this in the thermomix but it makes a really quick and easy side dish. Really tasty too

  Creamy tomato and salami fettuccine. My husband and I love having this for a quick and easy dinner it’s a lot tastier than you’d think when reading the recipe. It also reheats well the next day

  Sticky date pudding. It was really moist and tasted wonderful everyone agrees that it’s that’s the best I’ve ever tasted and and it’s gonna be a regular easy dessert. It’s ideal for taking to someone’s house as the easily transportable pud can be sliced, covered with some of the caramel sauce and each serving microwaved for 25 seconds. That’s what I do. Bringing it to dinner or lunch will make you very popular

    220g leek, 1 1/2 TBSP creme friache but I have used sour cream or thickened cream and instead, 400-500g chicken works as does regular stock cubes/powder. Not hard to make, quite yummy.

    This is really yummy and again, easy with a Thermomix. I find it’s more of a cake style banana bread. I probably enjoy Joanne Changs recipe more but I interchange it with this one when I’m feeling lazy

    I have a traditional recipe I use separate to this one, but I also make this recipe with the chocolate variation and they always get gobbled down quickly. Very yummy
