Notes about this book

  • CuisineQueen874 on September 11, 2021

I read through this cookbook to bookmark recipes to try later. There are no pictures and some of the wording in the instructions is odd. For example, when referring to the ingredients the author typically writes 'cook them' as opposed to just saying the specific ingredient. Many of the recipes seem pretty simple, not sure of the authenticity however. But the ingredients seem pretty common and the instructions are not complicated.
