      Tasty but quite dry, so need something on the side like the lentils from the same Guardian article

      Blender broke so I couldn't get the cashews smooth. Also I forgot the raisins but this was still a serviceable dish. The picture looks more liquid than what I ended up with.

      I make this jam often. It is delicious. But the pic is a little misleading - they must have used white sugar. My jam is always darker, but intensely delicious.

Feast is a Saturday magazine supplement to The Guardian newspaper; it includes food and drink features and recipes, and combines most of The Guardian's food writers under one cover. The magazine encompasses the articles and recipes that formerly appeared in the Weekend magazine, Cook, and in the Thursday G2 are now contained in Feast.
