      Massive return on effort! I halved the marinade for 2 chicken Marylands and then the oven did the hard work. I slashed the meat to let the marinade really get in there and would do that again.

      Great recipe, wonderful flavour, left out galangal and lime leaves, marinated for four hours, had with vietnamese green mango salad
