I'm obsessed with Caroline Chamber's recipes on her substack and her cookbook has hit upon hit as well! I've made thus far her spaghetti and meatballs and her weeknight dal with garlicky yogurt. If you don't subscribe to her substack already - you must! Now she has 3 kids and makes delicious recipes that are easier for busy households! Plus she's changed the way I cook for the better. I'm more confident and creative in the kitchen with substitutes.
