    Rice with green peas (pg 23). I think of Japanese rice served as a side dish as plain or enhanced with a bit of other grains and seeds. I don't think of it as having fresh vegetables added providing color and flavor to the rice. This works particularly well in the overall menu that includes it. Well worth repeating both as a recipe and as a concept.
