      These are good, very meaty. I might add an extra egg next time. But I appreciate that they don't come out with a styrofoam texture like some egg cups do.

      Our favorite no-nonsense salmon patty recipe. I never have chives in the house so I just double the onions. We like to serve these with tartar sauce or rémoulade.
