      Pretty good, with candy notes from the cherry syrup, but not cloyingly sweet. With the pink tint, this would be nice for Valentine's day.

      Be sure not to allow the sauce to thicken too much. This turned out less than creamy.

      This is okay but not great. Be sure not to allow the sauce to thicken too much. This turned out less than creamy. Considering the time it took to complete the multiple steps, it should have been better.
