  • Crab risotto with fennel, leeks and peas

      The vegetables complemented the crab nicely, but something about the overall flavor was lacking - possibly the broth I used (Better than Bouillon lobster base). I used 250 g Dungeness crab - no brown crab, as we can't get that here, and which might have boosted the crab flavor. Still, very nice overall. I needed an extra cup of broth.
