      2/16/2022 - Cooked for Susie and me. Good recipe, quick and easy. Be careful not to reduce sauce too much after putting the cream in. It should look like the picture.

  • Hugh's day-after turkey gumbo

      Online recipe has changed to Sausage Gumbo with no reference to Hugh Acheson, and the new online recipe on eating well.com does not have the same ingredients. An internet search did not turn up another copy of this exact recipe although it does turn up many other promising chef recipes for similar dish.
