      This recipe is vegetarian but not vegan as the Green Giant cauliflower hash browns contain Parmesan and eggs.

      Made 11/2/20--- This was a very simple recipe and yielded a healthy weeknight meal with little cleanup. Next time I will make a little extra sauce. I'll probably add lemon juice and garlic as well. It was very good but needed a little 'something'. I think the lemon/garlic will make it perfect.
